Humanize ChatGPT text without changing what it says
Generated drafts often contain the right facts wrapped in filler, stacked transitions and repeated summaries. Paste your draft, choose Humanize, then compare the result with your original before you use it.
Example: a generated project update
This prepared editorial revision shows the kind of edit to aim for. It is not recorded NoteCleaner output; load the source into the editor to see a live result, which can differ.
It is important to note that the launch is currently planned for Monday. Furthermore, the help page still needs approval, and the team will move the launch to Wednesday if approval does not arrive by Friday. The team has finished the setup guide. The support team will review the final help page before the launch, but the sales team is not part of that review. The launch is planned for Monday if the help page is approved by Friday. Without that approval, the team will move the launch to Wednesday. The setup guide is finished. The support team will review the final help page before launch; the sales team is excluded from that review. What the revision keeps
- The Monday launch date and the Friday approval deadline
- The condition: without approval, the launch moves to Wednesday
- The finished setup guide
- Who reviews the help page, and that the sales team does not
What it changes
- Removed “It is important to note that” and “Furthermore”
- Put the condition next to the date it affects
- Replaced “is not part of that review” with a shorter statement
Loading uses no words. If you already have a draft, you will be asked before it is replaced.
How to edit a generated draft safely
A natural-sounding sentence is only useful if it still says what you mean. Work through these steps in order.
Step 1
Decide what must survive
Before editing, note the facts the reader needs: dates, amounts, names, conditions and anything stated as uncertain. These are easy to lose when sentences are shortened.
Step 2
Remove what you did not ask for
Assistants sometimes add examples, statistics or sources that were not in your notes. NoteCleaner does not verify facts or citations, so delete or check unsupported material yourself.
Step 3
Humanize, then review the changes
Open “Review important details” below the result. It lists numbers, capitalized terms, quotations and words such as “not”, “only” or “may” that differ from your original.
Step 4
Make the final wording yours
Read the result aloud and adjust anything that does not sound like you. You are responsible for the content you send or submit.
Which writing mode to use
Standard mode is available to everyone, including visitors without an account. Pro and Plus add Casual, Professional and Academic modes for drafts that need a specific register. Every mode aims to keep your meaning; none of them adds new facts.
Compare plansLimits and privacy
- Paste at least 50 words of English text. Shorter drafts do not give the editor enough context.
- Without an account you can process 500 words per day, up to 500 words per request. A free account raises this to 2,000 shared words per day.
- Rewriting and checking a result with the AI detector are separate requests; each counts its input words.
- Loading the example uses no words. Your words are counted only when you choose Humanize.
- Your current draft is kept in this browser tab for up to 24 hours. Text you submit is sent to our server and to external AI services to produce the result. Signed-in results can be saved in account history for up to 30 days. Do not submit confidential material unless those arrangements are acceptable to you.
Frequently asked questions
Is NoteCleaner.net affiliated with ChatGPT or OpenAI?
No. NoteCleaner.net is an independent editing tool. It has no integration with ChatGPT; copy your draft from any source and paste it into the editor.
Does it work with text from other AI assistants?
Yes. The editor works on the English text you paste, whichever tool or person wrote the first draft.
Will the result pass AI detectors?
We cannot promise any detector score. Detectors estimate writing patterns, make mistakes and disagree with each other. Our methodology page explains what a detector result can and cannot show.
Can the humanizer fix factual errors in my draft?
No. It rewrites wording and aims to preserve meaning. It does not check facts, sources or calculations, so review those before and after editing.
Can I use the result for coursework?
Follow your institution’s rules on AI assistance and disclosure. NoteCleaner is an editing aid; it does not make work your own and should not be used to misrepresent authorship.
