Questions about plans
What counts as usage, when allowances reset, and how to manage billing.
Are Free words shared between the tools?
Yes. A Free account has one allowance of 2,000 words per day across both tools. Rewriting 1,000 words and checking 1,000 words uses the full daily allowance. Guests share 500 words/day across both tools. Daily allowances reset at midnight UTC.
How do paid allowances work?
Pro and Plus have separate pools for rewriting and detection. Each request counts its input words against the relevant tool. Weekly plans renew their allowance each weekly period; monthly and annual plans use monthly allowance periods. Annual billing does not make a full year’s words available at once.
Which writing modes are included?
Free includes Standard. Pro and Plus also offer Casual, Professional, and Academic options. All plans include editable output, document imports, and access to both tools.
How much will I be charged?
The selected plan shows the full weekly, monthly, or annual charge below the headline price. An annual price expressed per month is a comparison; the annual total is charged together. Review the checkout total and renewal interval before paying.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Sign in, open Account, then Plans, and choose Manage subscription to open the Polar customer portal. Complete the change in that portal and check its effective date. Cancellation and refund requests are separate actions.
Do unused words roll over?
Regular plan allowances reset for the next allowance period; unused regular words do not accumulate. Daily, weekly, and monthly limits are not interchangeable. Your account shows the allowance and usage for your current plan.
What happens if a request fails?
The service reserves the input words before processing. If processing or saving the result fails, it attempts to release that reservation. If your allowance looks wrong after an error, email support@notecleaner.net with the time, tool, and approximate word count.
How do I ask about a payment or refund?
Email support@notecleaner.net with your account email, order reference, and a short description of the issue. Do not include a full card number or confidential draft. A request does not automatically issue a refund or cancel renewal; manage renewal separately in the billing portal.
