An AI humanizer for work emails that keeps the request clear

A good email tells the reader what you need, by when, and what happens if they cannot do it. Paste your draft, choose Humanize, and check that every deadline and owner is still there before you send it.

Example: a request with two deadlines

This prepared editorial revision shows a direct, courteous edit. It is not recorded NoteCleaner output; load the source into the editor to see a live result, which can differ.

Source draft
Hi Morgan, I am writing to ask whether you could please send the revised project schedule by 3 p.m. on Thursday. We need it to prepare for Friday's review. Please include the two remaining risks and the person responsible for each one. If the schedule is not ready, please let me know by noon on Thursday so we can adjust the review agenda.
Prepared editorial revision
Hi Morgan, could you send the revised project schedule by 3 p.m. on Thursday? We need it for Friday's review. Please include the two remaining risks and who is responsible for each. If the schedule is not ready, let me know by noon on Thursday so we can adjust the review agenda.

What the revision keeps

  • The recipient, Morgan, and the deliverable: the revised schedule
  • Both Thursday deadlines: 3 p.m. for the schedule, noon for a warning
  • The two remaining risks and the owner of each
  • The reason: preparing for Friday’s review

What it changes

  • Replaced “I am writing to ask whether you could please” with a direct question
  • Shortened “the person responsible for each one” to “who is responsible for each”
  • Kept the courtesy without extra apologies

Loading uses no words. If you already have a draft, you will be asked before it is replaced.

What to check before you send

Email edits fail quietly: the result reads well, but a time, owner or fallback has gone. Check these points in the revision.

  1. Step 1

    The request appears early

The reader should know what you are asking for in the first two sentences. Move background after the request if needed.

  2. Step 2

    Every deadline is intact

Compare dates, times and time zones with your original. The review panel lists numbers and times that changed or disappeared.

  3. Step 3

Owners and next steps are explicit

If several people are involved, each action should still name who does it. Watch for “we” replacing a specific person.

  4. Step 4

    The fallback survives

Conditions such as “if it is not ready, tell me by noon” are often shortened away. The review panel flags missing words like “if”, “unless” and “not”.

  5. Step 5

The greeting and tone fit the reader

Adjust the greeting and sign-off yourself. A message to a client usually needs a different register from one to a teammate.

Choosing a tone for email

Standard mode is available to everyone and suits most internal messages. With Pro or Plus, Professional mode helps with clients and managers, and Casual mode with colleagues you write to often. Each mode aims to keep your request, dates and names unchanged.

Limits and privacy

  • Paste at least 50 words of English text. Shorter drafts do not give the editor enough context.
  • Without an account you can process 500 words per day, up to 500 words per request. A free account raises this to 2,000 shared words per day.
  • Rewriting and checking a result with the AI detector are separate requests; each counts its input words.
  • Loading the example uses no words. Your words are counted only when you choose Humanize.
  • Your current draft is kept in this browser tab for up to 24 hours. Text you submit is sent to our server and to external AI services to produce the result. Signed-in results can be saved in account history for up to 30 days. Do not submit confidential material unless those arrangements are acceptable to you.

Frequently asked questions

Can it write an email from scratch?

No. It rewrites a draft you provide, so the facts come from you. Paste at least 50 words, including the request and any deadlines.

Does it connect to Gmail or Outlook?

No. There is no email integration and NoteCleaner never sends messages. Copy the result back into your email client after reviewing it.

Will it change my dates or names?

It aims to keep them, but any rewrite can make mistakes. Use “Review important details” to see numbers, names and conditions that differ from your original.

Can I rewrite emails in other languages?

The humanizer is designed for English text. Results for other languages are not supported.

Is it safe to paste a confidential email?

Submitted text is sent to our server and to external AI services. Remove confidential details first, or do not submit the message if those arrangements are not acceptable.
