By accessing or using NoteCleaner, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Writing assistance and review
The humanizer returns an alternative draft; the detector returns an estimate. Review results before use. Neither tool guarantees preserved facts, original authorship, a particular detector outcome, or acceptance by an institution or publisher. The workspace currently requests English output.
Responsible use
Follow the authorship, disclosure, and acceptable-use rules that apply to your work. Review facts and sources before using an edit.
User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities occurring under their accounts.
Allowances, billing, and cancellation
Guests and Free accounts share a daily allowance between tools. Paid plans provide the separate allowances displayed on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew at the selected weekly, monthly, or annual interval. Annual subscriptions use monthly word allowances. To manage renewal, open Account → Plans → Manage subscription and complete the action in the Polar portal. Check the portal for the effective date.
Payment questions and refund requests
For payment questions or a refund request, email support@notecleaner.net with your account email and order reference. A support request does not automatically issue a refund or cancel a subscription. Any refund decision is confirmed separately through support or the payment provider. Never send full card details or account passwords.
