English editorial exampleCheck: Two deadlines

Original draft

Hi Morgan, I am writing to ask whether you could please send the revised project schedule by 3 p.m. on Thursday. We need it to prepare for Friday's review. Please include the two remaining risks and the person responsible for each one. If the schedule is not ready, please let me know by noon on Thursday so we can adjust the review agenda.

Revised draft

Hi Morgan, could you send the revised project schedule by 3 p.m. on Thursday? We need it for Friday's review. Please include the two remaining risks and who is responsible for each. If the schedule is not ready, let me know by noon on Thursday so we can adjust the review agenda.

The schedule is due Thursday at 3 p.m. If it is not ready, notice is due at noon. Those are different deadlines.

Work email / Two deadlines

Keep the request and the fallback.

Try the same source in the live tool, then compare its result with these checks. Your output can differ from the prepared revision.

  • The schedule and both risks remain
  • Each risk still needs an owner
  • Both Thursday deadlines stay distinct

Choose the style you want to request

Standard is available on Free. Paid plans add Casual, Professional, and Academic options. These prepared sentences illustrate the registers; actual output requires review.

Standard

Everyday writing

A starting point for articles, personal drafts, and general prose.

“Please send your notes before the meeting.”

Casual

Messages & informal emails

A lighter rewrite for familiar readers and conversational writing.

“Could you send over your notes before we meet?”

Professional

Work emails & reports

A workplace register for clear requests and focused updates.

“Please share your notes ahead of the meeting.”

Academic

Research & formal writing

A formal register for drafts that need careful terminology and source review.

“Please provide your notes prior to the meeting.”

From first draft to a version you choose

A useful edit starts with your message and ends with your review.

  1. Paste an English draft

Start with at least 50 words, or import a text-based document. Standard mode is available to guests and Free accounts.

    PDF, DOCX, and TXT imports

  2. Compare the wording

Read both versions side by side. Use highlights to spot changed wording, then check the request, facts, and qualifications.

    Original and editable output

  3. Make it yours

Edit the result and copy your final version. If useful, send it to the detector for a separate review; both actions use words from your allowance.

    Rewriting and detection count separately

A shorter sentence should still say the same thing.

Clarity is useful only when the important details survive. Read the original and revision together before accepting an edit.

Cut wording that slows the reader down

Repeated introductions, vague transitions, and roundabout requests are good places to start.

Keep the words that limit the claim

Check “may,” “only,” “not,” and “unless,” along with dates, figures, names, sources, and technical terms. The tool does not automatically verify them.

A small word can carry a big difference

“The pilot may reduce waiting times” should not become “The pilot will reduce waiting times.” Keep the qualification as you refine the sentence.

Read the privacy policy
What does an AI humanizer do?

It creates another version of an English draft so you can review the phrasing, flow, and tone. Use it with ChatGPT drafts, other AI-assisted writing, or your own text. Compare both versions and edit the result before using it.

Can I try it free without signing up?

Yes. Guests can submit 50–500 words per request within a shared allowance of 500 words per day. A Free account raises the daily shared allowance and per-request limit to 2,000 words. Daily allowances reset at midnight UTC. Rewriting and detection both consume that allowance.

Will the rewrite preserve every fact or bypass AI detectors?

Neither outcome is guaranteed. Check names, deadlines, numbers, quotations, conditions, and the strength of each claim. A lower detector score does not prove human authorship or guarantee acceptance by a school, employer, or publisher.

Which writing styles can I choose?

Guests and Free accounts can use Standard. Pro and Plus also offer Casual, Professional, and Academic style options. Treat the selected style as a request and review whether the returned version suits your reader.

Which files can I import, and where does my text go?

Import text-based PDF, DOCX, or TXT files up to 10 MB, with an 80,000-character extraction limit. Scans need OCR, which is not included. Files go to the application server for extraction; submitted text is sent to external AI services. Signed-in tool requests are saved in your account history for up to 30 days. Read the privacy policy for details.

Does changing the interface language change the output?

No. The workspace currently requests English output. Spanish, French, German, and Chinese interface options help you navigate; they do not establish support for rewriting in those languages.
